From 2012 to 2019, urbaMonde accompanied the co-operative housing Codha and Neighborhood in the framework of the realization of buildings A11 and A12 in the Eco-neighbourhood of Orchards in Meyrin.<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Our assistance included the benefits of facilitation of the participatory process with the co-operators future\u00b7es capita\u00b7es at all stages of development – development of the architecture program, conduct of the contest, selection of the architect, confirmation of the draft after awarding the mandate, project dialog, move-in.<\/p>\n

The mission continued in 2018 in the dynamics of participatory processes, which led to the synthesis of the architectural choices and budgets related to a cross-disciplinary approach towards development of interior and exterior and common areas.<\/p>\n

This project was completed in 2019 to moving in.<\/p>\n
