{"id":1629,"date":"2025-09-09T09:17:23","date_gmt":"2025-09-09T07:17:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preview.urbamonde.org\/?p=1629"},"modified":"2025-01-23T11:56:52","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T10:56:52","slug":"cover-of-a-participative-housing-in-annemasse-2018-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urbamonde.org\/en\/cover-of-a-participative-housing-in-annemasse-2018-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Cover of a participative housing in Annemasse [2018 &#8211; 2020]"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"spip\">UrbaMonde has worked with the city of Annemasse to put in place a housing project cooperative, participatory and affordable in the Area of joint Planning (ZAC) Star Annemasse Gen\u00e8ve.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This support includes&nbsp;<strong>the launch of a call for projects and incubator groups capita\u00b7es&nbsp;<\/strong>which aims to strengthen the partnership between the public and civil, and the power to act of the people as actors in the transformation of their territory.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, several steps have been taken in the image of the first call to project habitat co-operative and the birth of a group of capita\u00b7es that is formed as the public events organized in the framework of the incubator.<\/p>\n<p>The project of the ZAC Star-driven Annemasse Agglo is a unique opportunity to experience the development of housing projects to be participatory in the Haute-Savoie. This future area that develops on the joint Ambilly, Annemasse, and Ville-la-Grand on the site of the former hospital and around what will be the new station CEVA Annemasse &#8211; a central element of the future Regional Express Network incorporates more than 17 hectares of the surfaces of dwellings, offices, retail space, training facilities, public spaces and leisure spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2020, a reconciliation is in progress with the city of Ambilly to the signing of a long-term lease.
