Living laboratories of the future."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"spip\">A new publication by urbaMonde<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-cote\" style=\"display: flex; flex-wrap: nowrap; column-gap: 20px;\">\n<div style=\"width: 20%;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; transform: translateY(-30px);\" src=\"https:\/\/urbamonde.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/cote.png\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"color: #993e8b;\"><strong>96% of the respondents to the CO-HOPE survey consider that living in a Collaborative Housing has benefits to face situations like the COVID-19 period. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>This publication, coordinated by urbaMonde-France as part of the\u00a0<a class=\"spip_out\" href=\"https:\/\/urbamonde.org\/en\/research-project-co-hope-collaborative-housing-in-a-pandemic-era\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\"><strong>Collaborative Housing in a Pandemic Era (CO-HOPE)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0research project, analyses the benefits of Collaborative Housing for coping with the COVID-19 period (collective resilience, health, living well together at all ages) and puts forward\u00a0<strong>12 proposals for more Collaborative Housing projects in Europe<\/strong>\u00a0by taking action on: knowledge of Collaborative Housing; legal frameworks; access to land and finance; finance of common spaces and process facilitation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"spip_document_699 spip_document spip_documents spip_document_image spip_documents_center spip_document_center\">\n<figure class=\"spip_doc_inner\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/urbamonde.org\/IMG\/jpg\/cover_co-hope_policy_briefs_en_web.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"353\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>The English version was coordinated and edited by urbaMonde with contributions from the CO-HOPE consortium partners.
