With its innovative solidarity-based redistribution model, Boutique Immo is rethinking the real estate transaction process. urbaMonde is delighted to be among its partner organisations!<\/h2>

In Geneva, a new real estate agency is challenging the sector’s conventions. Boutique Immo<\/a> offers an innovative model: donating 20% of the sales commission to an organisation of the seller’s choosing. An approach that combines real estate performance with social impact.<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0By observing other sectors, such as finance, for example, we noticed that some professions have managed to reinvent themselves: the emergence of ethical banks, more responsible models, cooperative approaches aligned with contemporary values. In real estate, this evolution seemed far more timid, leaving a real gap in terms of meaning and impact\u00a0\u00bb, explain D\u00e9borah Moreno and Mariana Cerutti, the founders of Boutique Immo.\u00a0<\/p>

This innovative concept thus opens up new perspectives in a field often seen as detached from social issues. By enabling each transaction to generate a positive impact, Boutique Immo introduces an ethical and civic dimension to real estate, transforming an economic act into a lever for solidarity.<\/p>

urbaMonde is particularly pleased to be among the partner organisations benefiting from this mechanism. This commitment is closely aligned with our mission: to support collaborative housing initiatives and decent, sustainable housing solutions for disadvantaged urban populations worldwide.
