as part of the process of development of his village centre, the municipality of Presinge is associated with three housing co-operatives to develop 140 new homes.
UrbaMonde, in collaboration with the office of study Acade, has been mandated to animate engagement sessions at the level of the local district plan, in a participatory approach, innovative ; it was to involve both the future·es capita·es of the district, but also the inhabitant·es current Presinge, very concerned with the development of their village.
Following the filing of the proposed LPQ in the public inquiry, a new stage of the participatory process has started in 2019.
The first work was conducted in three workshops, from June to November 2017 : ” Information and prioritization of themes of the work “, ” Proposals and co-construction “, and finally ” Presentation and validation of the new map “.
In 2019, a new stage of this process of co-construction of the project was carried out between the three co-operatives to discuss the allotment and of the governance of the district.
This mandate cover is finished in 2020.
The grouping formed by urbaMonde and the bureau of agricultural engineers Acade is used to ease the process.
The ideas are grouped by topics and work equipment didactic is made (plans and sections) by the architects.
The proposals are built by architects in the new LPQ in the form of 17 contributions and adaptations of the project.
