Questions & Answers paper
Following the first meeting of the European Alliance for Collaborative Housing in Brussels, participants identified a series of common challenges affecting collaborative housing initiatives across Europe. This Questions & Answers document expands on those discussions, exploring structural barriers, financing bottlenecks, governance issues, and policy opportunities. Developed collectively by Alliance members — including organisations connected to the CoHabitat Network — the paper contributes to a broader dialogue on how to support more inclusive, affordable, and community-driven housing systems.
